      <description>&lt;p&gt;Obviously good aesthetics, but a very poor price-size ratio. I see retail &lt;br /&gt;kits, ready to move into, assembled on your foundation, for&lt;br /&gt;a rule-of-thumb price of &amp;lt;= $79 sq foot (in calif) &lt;span class="caps"&gt;ALL&lt;/span&gt;_INCLUSIVE&lt;br /&gt;except for the foundation and land of course&amp;#8230; and&amp;#8230;. if one wishes &lt;br /&gt;even more vanilla materials&amp;#8212;but still better designed than many &lt;br /&gt;post &lt;span class="caps"&gt;WWII&lt;/span&gt; tracts that many of grew up in &amp;#8211; it is possible to get even&lt;br /&gt;lower sq foot costs&amp;#8230;. &lt;span class="caps"&gt;BTW&lt;/span&gt; it should be common-sense that building a foundation, with a few friends, who are experienced, is not rocket-science&amp;#8230;. the art lies in finding the land with infrastructure in place&amp;#8230;and that may not be hard to do, esp whilst the depression continues&amp;#8230;. also, I am seeing many &amp;#8220;fixers&amp;#8221;&amp;#8212;with land&amp;#8212;for well &lt;br /&gt;under $100k &amp;#8211; in calif no less &amp;#8211; for better or worse &amp;#8211; that may be even more cost effective&amp;#8230;.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
